Sports Graduate - Secondary School

Salary: £100-£130 per day

Academics LTD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Sports Graduate to join a secondary school in Swindon. This is an ideal role for a Sports Graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting students both academically and in physical education. Whether you're interested in working as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant, this position gives a Sports Graduate the opportunity to make a real impact on students' education and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise students and manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment.
  2. Assist in PE and sports lessons, covering pre-assigned classes to help students engage and develop physically.
  3. Provide support across KS3 and KS4, building positive relationships with students to aid in their academic and personal growth.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. A degree in sports, PE, or a related field (recent Sports Graduates are welcome to apply).
  2. Experience working with young people is an advantage, but not essential for the right Sports Graduate.
  3. Strong organisational and communication skills to manage the classroom and support students effectively as a Sports Graduate.
