Job description

We are seeking a passionate and energetic After School Club Coach to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage after-school activities for primary and secondary children. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of sports and educational activities that cater to different age groups and interests. You will ensure a safe, enjoyable, and supportive environment, promote teamwork and personal development, and maintain strong communication with parents and school staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and deliver diverse after-school activities.
  2. Supervise and engage with children to ensure their well-being.
  3. Promote teamwork, personal growth, and skill development.
  4. Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  5. Communicate effectively with parents, children, and school staff.
  6. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in coaching or working with children.
  2. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  3. Ability to inspire and motivate children.
  4. Relevant coaching or teaching qualifications are advantageous.
  5. First Aid certification.

Experience: Required
Languages: English – Advanced
Employment: Part-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday - morning, lunchtime, and after-school
Salary: £12.5 – £15 hourly
