Aspire People are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Coach to join a vibrant secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent. If you have a passion for inspiring young people through sport and physical activity, we want to hear from you!

The Role:

1. Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons and extracurricular sports activities.
2. Support students in developing teamwork, discipline, and a love for physical activity.
3. Assist teaching staff in PE lessons and contribute to whole-school sporting events.
4. Encourage participation from all students, regardless of ability.
5. Ensure a safe and inclusive sporting environment.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience coaching or teaching sport (school or club setting).
2. Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., Level 2 Coaching Certificate, PE-related degree).
3. Strong communication and leadership skills.
4. A positive attitude and ability to motivate students.
5. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
