What You Will Be Doing

1. Portfolio Management and Optimization: manage, optimize, and deliver a substantial portion of the UK & IRE Affiliate Sports portfolio, ensuring growth and profitability.
2. Recruit and nurture new affiliates for 888, William Hill, and Mr Green programs, defining and implementing the UK & IRE Affiliate strategy.
3. Strategic Partnerships and Campaign Development: Create and negotiate strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and ROI, conceptualizing and executing online marketing campaigns for affiliates.
4. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor ROI and portfolio performance against critical KPIs, conducting data analysis to drive improvements and support both individual and team-wide targets.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to maintain relevant and compelling creative, ensure effective communication strategies, and provide top-tier account management services to affiliates.
6. Cross-Functional Project Management: Own and manage projects and individual responsibilities both within and outside the affiliate channel, working seamlessly across the organization to enhance performance and efficiency.

3. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team while excelling in individual responsibilities, promoting a collaborative work environment.
4. Driven by results and goal-oriented, capable of working efficiently in a high-pressure environment, adapting to change, and utilizing a fundamental understanding of performance channel metrics to obtain targets and contribute to continuous improvement.
