We are seeking a permanent Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist specializing in dysphagia and complex needs to join our Community Children's Therapy Team in West Essex, covering Uttlesford, Harlow, and Epping Forest.
You will be part of our innovative Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service, developed in partnership with Barnardos, where we prioritize efficiency and put more time into meaningful interactions with children and families to improve health outcomes in the community.
Working in a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with supportive, friendly, and inclusive colleagues who provide regular supervision, training, and team meetings to ensure your success.
You will assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for infants, children, and young people aged 0-19 years. This includes working across community settings and local specialist educational provisions.
