Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist- Band 6/7 - Adults ITU

Location: Harrow, UK

Salary: Up to £35 Hourly

Contract: Full Time - part time will be considered

Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing

We have an exciting opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist specialising in Adults ITU based in the vibrant town of Harrow. This ongoing role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time positions available. As a Band 6/7 SLT, you will bring your expertise to multiple sites to make a difference in adult intensive therapy units. What you will do:

1. Provide comprehensive assessment and management of communication and swallowing needs in adults within the intensive therapy unit.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care on acute wards.
3. Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to patient-specific needs in the ITU.
4. Maintain and manage accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

1. HCPC registration required.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in adult intensive therapy units or acute settings.
3. Car driver is preferable to travel between multiple sites.
