Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) who is looking to join our multidisciplinary team?Term Time- 40 weeks/ or full time as the school is 38 weeks, there will be lots to do in the holidays + there could always be some support to Lufton.The role may include support at other Cambian schools in the South WestThis is a unique post where you will deliver an SLT service and provide support to individuals with a range of Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), often accompanied by complex needs and challenging behaviours with one of our Specialist Schools.

Main duties of the job

As a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with a range of individuals to maximise their potential and to enable them to enjoy the best possible quality of life. As a SLT, you will be independently working with individuals to assess communication needs in a range of environments, implementing evidence-based therapy based on the outcome of assessment and provide functional targets and recommendations to aid day-to-day communicative success. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and support the implementation of the therapeutic approach across the environment.
