What you will do:

1. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to support students in overcoming speech and language challenges.
2. Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to integrate effective communication strategies into classroom activities.
3. Conduct assessments to accurately diagnose speech and language disorders and track student progress.
4. Provide support and training to staff and parents, enhancing their understanding of speech and language development.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with school policies and relevant legislation.

Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist/SLT:

1. Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration.
2. Recent UK/NHS post qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist.
