Speech and Language Therapist - NHS (Contract) - Nottingham

Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join an NHS service in Nottingham on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive healthcare team, providing essential speech and language therapy services to patients.

Role Details

Location: Nottingham
Contract Type: Temporary (Agency)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-time)
Pay Rate: £31 Ltd (Umbrella) per hour

Key Responsibilities

1. Assess, diagnose, and manage speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.
2. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.
3. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and families.
4. Provide specialist advice and training to support patient communication and swallowing needs.
5. Maintain accurate patient records in line with NHS policies and standards.

Requirements

1. Qualifications: Degree in Speech and Language Therapy with HCPC registration.
2. Experience: Previous experience in an NHS or similar setting preferred.
3. Skills: Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills.
4. Compliance: Up-to-date DBS check and right to work in the UK.
