Work as part of the speech and language therapy team within the post-acute specialist stroke rehabilitation unit, providing a high-quality rehabilitation service to patients on the Oxfordshire stroke pathway.
Support patients and their families, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to understand and manage their communication and/or swallowing conditions.
Have day to day responsibility for providing a speech and language therapy service and to enable safe and supported discharge into the community.
Contribute to clinical projects/developments in stroke rehabilitation.
