Salary: £19,500 - £26,400

Speech and Language Teaching Assistant - responsibilities
  1. Supporting pupils with a range of speech and language needs
  2. Assisting with the delivery of tailored speech and communication interventions
  3. Working 1:1 or in small groups to develop language and social skills
  4. Liaising with class teachers, SEN staff, and therapists
  5. Tracking and reporting on student progress

Speech and Language Teaching Assistant - requirements
  1. Psychology or core subject graduate with a 2.1 or above
  2. Able to support students with challenging behaviour
  3. Previous experience working with SEN pupils is desirable
  4. Strong academic background
  5. Confident and motivated
  6. Desire to progress onto teacher training, Educational Psychology or SaLT
