Teaching Assistant - Speech and Language - Marlow - ASAP Start


The SENCO of a school in the Marlow area is looking to recruit to join their team to work as a speech and language teaching assistant in a 1:1 supporting role.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in a forward-thinking, modern school. With support from the SENCO and Deputy Head, you will be working on a full-time basis.


The ideal candidate will:
  1. Be qualified to Level 2 NVQ EYFS/Teaching and Learning in Schools or above - OR an equivalent qualification or degree in a childcare or social care related subject. (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply)
  2. Be passionate about working with young people who require additional support in order to access education and social development.
  3. Have prior experience supporting children with speech and language needs.
  4. Be a teaching assistant who has the drive and determination to make a difference every day.
