The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Thermal Insulation will involve:

1. Technical specification sales role selling a high-quality manufactured range of thermal insulation.
2. Generating specifications via architects, specifiers, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, building envelope contractors, façade contractors.
3. Conducting product CPD seminars to get products specified.
4. Managing projects of varying size and scope.
5. Contributing to and developing a turnover target of circa £30m.
6. National travel with a focus on major conurbations.

The ideal applicant will have:

1. Specification sales experience.
2. Experience working in distribution (considered).
3. Insulation product experience.
4. Technical acumen.
5. Understanding of UK building regulations.
6. Good work ethic, energy, and enthusiasm.
7. Commercial capability, loyalty, and technical knowledge.
