Area to be covered: London, N, NW, E

Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 + 2% of all sales

Benefits: £7,200 car allowance & private healthcare, 7% pension, 25 days holiday and usual field sales benefits

The role of the Regional Sales Manager - Interior Finishes will involve:

1. Field sales role selling and promoting a manufactured range of carpet tiles & floor covering systems
2. Majority of your time will be spent generating specifications with architects and interior designers
3. The remaining portion will be spent dealing with fit-out contractors and end users
4. Predominantly refurbishment projects, typical projects include commercial office, healthcare and hospitality
5. Once up and running, will be targeted to turnover £1.5m
6. New business focused position

The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager - Interior Finishes with:

1. Must have field sales experience in the interiors market place
2. Ideally both contacts in the A&D and fit-out community
3. Open to any interior finish product background
4. Dynamic personality, prepared to fight their corner, without being too aggressive
5. Tactile sales background, sold something aesthetically pleasing
6. Energy, passion and enthusiasm
7. Strong commercial and presentation skills
