Job Title: Specification Sales Manager - Floor & Walls Tiles

Industry Sector: A&D, Architects & Interior Designers, Design Fit Out, Housebuilders, Housing Developers, Tiles, Interiors, Ceramics, Design, Floor Tiles, Wall Tiles, Porcelain, Building Materials

Area to be covered: Central (Manchester to Oxford)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + £4,000 - £5,000 bonus

Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid or electric company car & benefits

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Floor & Wall Tiles will involve:

Field sales role promoting a distributed range of wall and floor ceramic tiles
Majority of your time will be spent focusing on protecting & breaking specifications via contractors and house builders
Smaller element of the role will be spent generating specifications with architects, house developers and interior designers
Once up and running will be targeted to turnover circa £1m
Will be conducting CPD seminars

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Ceramic Tiles with:

Must have specification sales experience with house developers, contractors, architects and specifiers
Must be from the tile or associated sector for example flooring
Contacts within tile fixers/ tiling contractors, main contractors or regional housebuilders is advantageous
Go getter able to generate new business
Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
