Business Development Manager
- Selling a full range of high-end composite decking and cladding products for commercial and residential projects.
- Specification-led sales into architects, landscape architects, designers, contractors and house builders/developers.
- Managing existing accounts while developing new business and building a customer ledger.
- Engaging with national accounts and corporate end-users.
- Delivering CPD presentations.
- The territory generates £5M–£6M annually.
- Covering East Midlands, Yorkshire, North West Region.

- Comfortable selling to architects and house builders.
- Relatable product experience is advantageous.
- Experience with CPD presentations.
- Background in specification-led sales.
- Confident selling premium products based on unique selling points (USP) and quality rather than price.
- Must not rely on price reductions to secure sales.
