Role

Business Development Manager

  • Selling a full range of high-end composite decking and cladding products for commercial and residential projects.
  • Specification-led sales into architects, landscape architects, designers, contractors and house builders/developers.
  • Managing existing accounts while developing new business and building a customer ledger.
  • Engaging with national accounts and corporate end-users.
  • Delivering CPD presentations.
  • The territory generates £5M–£6M annually.
  • Covering East Midlands, Yorkshire, North West Region.

Person

  • Comfortable selling to architects and house builders.

  • Background in specification-led sales.
  • Confident selling premium products based on unique selling points (USP) and quality rather than price.
  • Must not rely on price reductions to secure sales.
