Area to be covered: Ireland

Remuneration: €50,000 Neg. + up to 40% Bonus

The role of the A&D Specification Sales Manager - Bathrooms will involve:

1. Field sales position selling our clients mid-premium manufactured ranges of bathrooms
2. 50% focused on winning specifications with architects and interior designers A&D and regional housebuilders/ private housing developers
3. 50% managing relationships with sub contractors/ installers, contract merchants and independent retailers
4. Working in conjunction with two well-established dedicated field sales professionals that manage retailers, distributors and merchants in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
5. Assisting the Irish team of three grow existing revenue over the next 3-5 years from £5m to £10m
6. Predominantly new business development role
7. Typical project sizes can vary from £25,000-£50,000
8. Projects include private developments, luxury houses, small hotels etc.
9. Once established you will be expected to attend lunch & learn or CPD meetings

The ideal applicant will be an A&D Specification Sales Manager - Bathrooms with:

1. Field sales experience within the associated KBB market, ideally bathrooms
2. May consider other interior building products with contacts within architects and interior design or regional housebuilder
3. A&D architect and interior design or regional housebuilder specification field sales experience
4. Interior building product backgrounds such as fabrics, flooring, tiles, paint, bathrooms etc. may be considered
5. Entrepreneurial self-starter
6. Autonomous in approach
7. Excellent communicator
8. Good presentation skills
