Alecto Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for a Specification Sales Manager to join a leading client of ours within the Fire Safety, Smoke Detection and Fire Suppression industry.
Job Role:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders (dealing with the likes of CEF, Edmundson Electrical, Rexel etc.).
Specification Influence: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure products are specified in building projects.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and industry standards.
Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Skills Required:
Relevant experience in specification sales and selling to electrical contractors, architects, M&E contractors etc.
Ideally with experience in Fire Detection or Smoke Detection; however, other relevant industries will also be considered as long as you have experience selling to the right contacts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
You must live in the South West of England (flexible on exact location).
Salary/Package:
£50k Basic Salary (subject to experience)
Additional 25% Annual Bonus
Company Car or Car Allowance
25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
