There is an experienced multidisciplinary team across these wards including nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, pharmacist, social worker, dietician and psychiatric liaison nurse support.
Following a successful pilot we have up to 8 End Of Life beds in side rooms across the two wards which are supported by the palliative care team.
