At Wolk Coffee, we are passionate about specialty coffee and creating an exceptional coffee experience. Our Richmond location is built on a love for quality, craftsmanship, and hospitality. We serve expertly crafted espresso and pour over, using high-quality beans from top roasters, alongside a carefully curated seasonal food menu.

We are looking for a full-time Specialty Barista to join our team—someone who is passionate about coffee, eager to grow, and dedicated to delivering outstanding service. What We’re Looking For:

A passion for specialty coffee, food, and hospitality

Experience with pour-over and manual brewing methods

Proficiency in espresso dial-in and recipe development

A strong desire to learn and improve coffee skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

A warm, confident, and customer-focused attitude

A reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in specialty coffee is preferred

Strong customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A positive, can-do attitude and a great sense of humor!
