We are looking for Full-Time skilled and experienced Baristas to join our team at WatchHouse Hanover.

In short: Baristas are the beating heart of WatchHouse. As a Barista, you’ll serve as the ambassador of Modern Coffee, delivering world-class coffee and unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll work alongside a talented House team, fostering a fun and professional workplace, while serving coffee and food that reflects our innovative and diverse products.

Directly reports into: House Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver warm and authentic hospitality to each guest, turning first-time visitors into regulars and regulars into loyal advocates of WatchHouse.
2. Dial in espresso and filter coffee with precision, crafting recipes that reflect the flavors of our beans.
3. Ensure the coffee section is always looking its best—clean, sharp, and organised.
4. Maintain brand standards even during high-volume moments, adapting recipes and techniques to ensure every beverage meets our high expectations.
5. Be flexible and proactive, stepping in wherever needed to support the seamless operation of the House, from food preparation to team coordination.

3. Demonstrate a background in specialty coffee, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
