Specialty Administrator required at Winchester Hospital

Part Time 20 hours

Providing a competent administrative service to support the Cardiology coordinators. The candidate will be required to have sound knowledge of the Electronic Document Management System, Fluency Transcription and general admin duties.
The post holder will also be required to support the service across HHFT sites.

  • Candidate must be flexible to support Nursing and Admin staff around the unit.
  • To have the flexibility to liaise with patients, relatives, clinicians and medical secretaries in all departments throughout the Trust to ensure that a high quality service is provided to all users.

Evidence of Education

  • Achieved 3 GCSE's (A-C)
  • Evidence of further education

Experience/Qualifications

  • Customer Service/Administration Experience
  • IT literate
  • Previous experience of working in NHS

Skills & Ability

  • Able to demonstrate understanding of confidentiality
  • Ability to work at other Trust sites
