An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Fluoroscopy and Plain Film X-Ray Imaging department at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. We are seeking a part-time band 6 diagnostic radiographer to work within the fluoro team, also rotating through plain film and IR. We anticipate this role to be primarily on the James Cook site in Middlesbrough; however, regular rotation will be expected to the Friarage in Northallerton to work in the fluoro and plain film rooms there. The department includes the provision of plain film x-ray, dental (including cone beam CT) and theatre services as well as specialist modalities, including US, CT, MRI and fluoroscopy/interventional radiology.

Although the successful candidate will be employed by STNHSFT (South Tees Foundation Trust) on a 9-5 Monday to Friday basis, there will be an expectation of collaborative working across the Tees Valley in the future, and different working hours should the need arise.
Successful candidates will be an employee of STNHSFT and managed as per the governance arrangements currently in place for Radiology and the organisation.
The Radiology service is dedicated to facilitating continuous professional development and role extension/advanced practice. There are more than 30 Advanced Practitioners within the service, with specialist experience in fluoroscopy/interventional radiology, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and plain film radiographer reporting.

Salary: £37,338 to £44,962 per annum (pro rata)
