The Country Business Information Security Officer (BISO) focuses on identifying security and compliance risks to our operational processes across multiple accounts, driving the completion of controls to mitigate security and insider risks. This includes establishing capability and mechanisms to monitor and audit information protection and compliance levels of each process and control item deployed in the operational environment.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Guide the highest integrity and ethical standards across the staff and the accounts in scope.
2. Provide governance to operations management and Quality Assurance teams for efficient surveillance and monitoring towards proactive security and business process non-compliance issue identification.
3. Collaborate with respective supporting functions/departments (IT, HR, Facility, Legal, DPO) to address relevant security issues.
4. Perform internal audits/assessments regularly based on different business process compliance management and risk control mechanisms to ensure full compliance.
5. Work with the operation team to resolve identified non-compliance items promptly.
6. Build a methodology for periodic reviews to highlight gaps in operational processes.
7. Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
8. Provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions and suggest improvements to processes.
9. Review and report results to the management team.
10. Ensure partnership with accounts management for proactive compliance risk management.

Qualifications:

1. 5 years of experience in risk and compliance management, internal security controls, internal/external security assessment or audit, and internal or cyber incident investigations.
2. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology or relevant areas.
3. CISA, CISM, CISSP, or other related Information or Cyber Security certifications or willingness to certify within 12 months of employment.
4. Experience in the BPO industry working in quality, security compliance, or delivery.
5. Strong leadership and communication skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure with little to no supervision.
