We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our Nine Elms London SW11 based Residential Office.

What this job involves:

• Hitting monthly/annual targets and KPIs
• Meeting and registering new applicants
• Accompanying viewings with prospective tenants
• Negotiating offers received
• Coordinating with tenancy managers to ensure move-in paperwork goes smoothly
• Maintaining regular contact with landlords and applicants
• Developing relationships and working closely with clients to develop future business opportunities

Sound like you? To apply you need to be/have:

• Experience of residential Lettings
• Proven track record of successful lettings or of delivering high-quality customer service
• The ability to develop strong client relationships
• The ability to learn to accurately value properties
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive by nature, a lateral thinker, with the ability to use your experience and qualifications
• A high degree of integrity and a valued reputation within the marketplace
