Are you keen to learn and develop within a rewarding Community Physiotherapy role? The Amesbury Community Team are looking for an inspirational Physiotherapist to deliver a high standard of quality care to patients within the community setting. Wiltshire Health and Care is proactive in developing community specific training and can offer a supportive and friendly environment in which to learn new skills. You will be responsible for providing highly skilled therapy care to the residents within our geographical area, promoting the health of the population, reducing the effects of ill health and disability and maximising the individuals potential for independence. You will be expected to work closely with General Practices, Social Services and other statutory and non-statutory services to meet the needs of the local population, so excellent communication skills are essential for this role. As well as bringing your clinical expertise, you will be a champion of integrated community care. You will be a strong team player, an excellent communicator who is adaptable, committed, organised and able to work well under pressure. You will support the development, implementation and maintenance of high quality safe and sustainable clinical and operational leadership under the direction of the team leaders and clinical lead.
