Salary: £38,480 - £42,640 per annum + Car allowance or Company Car + Shift enhancements

In this role, you will collaborate with designated hospitals and health centres to educate and support patients undergoing Oncology/Chemotherapy treatments within the Guildford area. You will be responsible for ensuring services are delivered in a patient-centric, customer-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake clinical assessment of patient's needs
Conduct training and education to ensure patient and/or carer are able to safely self-medicate relevant medications
Provide on-going support to patients through the combination of support programmes, including telephone, clinic-based and home visits, as per product and client protocols
Assess patient's home environment to ensure it is suitable for home IV oncology treatment, including ensuring the environment is safe and secure

Requirements for this role:
Registered Nurse (RGN) - NMC Registration
Chemotherapy delivery qualification
Experience in administering oncology medication, either in hospital or a community environment
Experience in undertaking clinical assessments and administering sub-cutaneous injections
Experienced in the care of IV devices and administration of IV therapies
