Special Needs Teacher Vacancy - Chelmsford, Essex

Strategy Education are working with a Special Needs School in Chelmsford, Essex who are recruiting for a class teacher.

The Special Needs Teacher role starts as soon as possible and will be contracted till July 2025 in the first instance.

The school is looking for a creative and inspirational PMLD teacher dedicated to pupils aged between 3 and 19 with complex learning difficulties, many of whom also have autism. The school has high expectations for all of their learners and is profoundly focused on preparing them for the future with a broad and ambitious curriculum tailored to their individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), developed in collaboration with parents, carers, and other professionals.

This Special Needs Teacher post is full time, Monday to Friday term time only.

Salary: MPS England + SEN Allowance
