SEN Teacher | Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and regularly update individualised education plans for each student.
2. Set specific, measurable goals tailored to the unique needs and abilities of each child.
3. Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other support staff to deliver comprehensive care.

SEN Teacher | Requirements

1. UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
2. Bachelor's degree/Qualifications in Special Education or a related field is desirable.
3. Previous experience working with children with severe SEN, ASD, and disabilities.
4. Understanding of various disabilities and SEN, including autism spectrum disorders, physical disabilities, and cognitive impairments.
5. Child and adult DBS.
