  • A sense of belonging (the classrooms are given fun names like Hedgehog and Seal!)
Your Role:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Empower learners: Support students in overcoming barriers to learning, fostering their confidence and independence.
  • Collaborate with care: Work closely with teachers, peers, and families to provide tailored support.
  • Bring lessons to life: Assist in delivering creative, hands-on learning activities in subjects like PE, Computing, and Outdoor Learning.
  • Celebrate diversity: Champion each child’s individual potential, helping them achieve milestones that matter to them.

A compassionate and adaptable individual ready to support children with significant learning needs.

  • Experience working with SEND students (or a strong desire to learn!).
