Are you a Special Educational Needs Coordinator in Bristol or South Gloucestershire? Do you have a SENCO qualification? Can you see yourself making a change to students' school experiences and improving the offer for SEND pupils? Do you have a passion for leading and supporting with special educational needs? A lovely secondary school in the BS15 area is looking for a highly motivated special educational needs coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis ASAP!

ASAP Start
£175 - £200 per day, depending on experience
Full-Time - Term time only, plus 5 inset days
BS15 location, easily accessible by public transport

As a special needs coordinator, you will be providing support to teachers and students, helping them reach their full potential for SEND teaching and learning. You will be working with children with a wide range of needs and abilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing support to staff
2. Creating or sourcing resources
3. Meeting with outside agencies
4. Making referrals and completing/reviewing EHCP paperwork

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with SLT and other agencies to develop the provision for SEND in the school.
