Spanish Teacher – Leicester – Temp to Perm Opportunity

GSL Education is currently seeking a passionate and qualified Spanish Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Leicester. This exciting Temp to Perm opportunity is ideal for a dedicated educator who is committed to inspiring students across GCSE and A-Level.

We are looking for a Spanish Teacher who can deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that support students' academic progress and love for languages. The ability to offer French as a second subject is highly desirable, as the school is committed to providing a strong and inclusive Modern Foreign Languages curriculum.

The Role:

Position: Spanish Teacher (with French desirable)

Key Stages: GCSE and A-Level

Contract: Temp to Perm for the right candidate

Pay Scale: MPS/UPS in line with experience and qualifications

Start Date: ASAP or September 2025

The Ideal Spanish Teacher Will:

Hold QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification

Have experience teaching Spanish at GCSE and A-Level

Be able to teach French (preferable but not essential)

Be a strong classroom practitioner with a passion for languages

Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom management

Be committed to raising achievement and building student confidence
