A growing and innovative manufacturer specialising in providing domestic solutions with sites and distributors located globally.
Position: Spanish speaking Field Engineer
Location: Dudley
Work Arrangement: Hybrid work (2 days a week in the office)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum plus car, benefits, and bonus
Ref: 4229SE
Main Duties:
- Providing technical onboarding, advice, and support to customers on the UK market as well as internationally.
- Be responsible for the onboarding of new customers.
- Supply training on the range of products.
- Provide technical support and advice within an international territory (Spain).
- Liaise with the engineering team on product development.
- Provide first line technical support with all aspects related to installation, service, and maintenance.
Candidate's Profile:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) essential.
- Experience within a field-based technical support role required.
- Technical qualification beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer care.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Must be able to travel (valid passport and driver’s licence) essential.
Compensation: Up to £42,000 per annum plus car, benefits, and bonus.
