Spanish or Portuguese speaking Senior Tour Operations Executive

Location: Edinburgh
Hybrid work: After probation
Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum

Main duties:
An exciting opportunity to be the main point of contact for clients and suppliers ensuring the clients have the best experience.

1. Creating and preparing itineraries, quotations, and costings for groups.
2. General bookings in tour plan ensuring all services are booked.
3. Admin of group bookings including but not limited to amendments, cancellations, and room lists.
4. Ensuring tours run smoothly from start to finish while making certain client requests are understood and processed.
5. Negotiating rates and terms with suppliers.
6. Issuing of documentation.
7. Processing invoices.
8. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and clients as necessary.
9. Creating strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Candidate's Profile:

1. Fluent in either Spanish or Portuguese (Essential).
2. Previous experience in travel, tour operations, or a DMC.
3. Experience working in the Guaranteed Departures department is a plus.
4. Knowledge of destinations within the UK and Ireland is beneficial.
5. Excellent communication and organisation skills.
6. Proactive, dynamic, and ability to multitask.
7. IT literate (MS Office).
8. Able to work as part of a team as well as take initiatives.
