We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to join our thriving MFL department. As Lead Practitioner of Spanish, you will play a key role in driving excellence in language teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Spanish teachers within the department.
• Develop and implement a high-quality Spanish curriculum.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, implementing strategies for improvement.
• Lead on professional development for Spanish teachers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
