Job Description:

Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established business based in Nottingham seeking a Spanish and Portuguese speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.

Our client is offering a fantastic starting basic salary of c£25,000 D.O.E. They offer great career progression opportunities with training provided in a supportive culture.

Skills & Experience

• Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and Portuguese essential
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
• Experience in a specific telephone-based customer service role highly advantageous
• Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
• Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
