Up to £27,370 plus Gratuities OTE of £30,000+

Our client is a small, eclectic group of luxury hotels, restaurants & spas, situated in the beautiful Cotswolds. With a strong family feel, the company culture runs throughout each of their venues, each with their own unique character.

Nestled within the grounds of this beautiful property is our award-winning Spa, a state-of-the-art gym & fitness sanctuary for ultimate wellbeing.

We are looking for experienced, passionate Spa Therapists to join our award-winning team.

The Role:

• Carrying out a range of Spa treatments to an extremely high standard
• Supporting the Treatment & Assistant Treatment Manager
• Training new starters & existing Therapists in Treatment procedures & products
• Acting as a role model for other therapists
• Assisting with managing the day when required
• Achieving consistently Retail Targets
• Building a regular client base
• Ensuring Treatment Rooms are spotless, clean and hygienic at all times
• Carrying out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the Spa

Skills:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Previous Spa Experience - Essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Confident in daily use of computer
• Self-motivated
• Enjoy working in a team
• Caci trained is an advantage but not essential
• Strong communication skills
• Must have own transport
• Available to work evenings and weekends

The Package:

• Great basic salary of £27,370
• Commission structure of 10% on net retail sales
• Share of gratuities of £200+ a month
• OTE of £30,000+
