Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapeutic services, according to established protocols.
2. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
3. Ensure the spa environment is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.
4. Promote and recommend spa products to clients.
5. Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
6. Build strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty and repeat visits.

What We’re Looking For:

1. You will be NVQ 2 & 3 Qualified in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
2. Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
3. Effective, professional communication skills.
4. Professional appearance and high standard of customer care skills.
5. Knowledge of security, hygiene and health and safety regulations.
6. A warm, friendly, and professional demeanour.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
9. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
