Set amidst the rolling hills of the Shropshire countryside, Hawkstone Hall & Gardens is a magnificent Grade I-listed estate, celebrated for its timeless grandeur, exquisite gardens, and award-winning hospitality, from elegant hotel stays and distinguished conferences to truly unforgettable weddings.

As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our esteemed wellness team.

In this role, you will deliver a curated menu of luxurious treatments within our newly unveiled spa and relaxation suites, nestled in the serene Garden Wing. Using the prestigious Aromatherapy Associates product line, you will help create a calming sanctuary for our guests, offering an elevated spa experience that reflects the refined standards of Hawkstone Hall.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy and Nail Technology qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience as a Beauty/Spa Therapist
• Experience working in a 5-star spa or similar wellness environment
• Diverse experience as a Beauty Therapist, bringing a well-rounded skill set
• Aromatherapy Associates product trained would be an advantage, but is not essential, as training will be provided

Your Role at Hawkstone Hall and Requirements

• A wide range of holistic, spa and beauty treatments delivered to a first-class standard
• Expert advice on products, providing personalised recommendations for aftercare
• Maintaining a clean, tranquil, and relaxing environment, whilst ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and sanitised
• Value and care towards the wellbeing of each individual client, and providing a bespoke customer service by effectively and safely communicating and addressing any questions or concerns
• Assisting with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing guest services

Requirement

• Availability to work on weekends and bank holidays when required. Evening shifts occur on a rotating basis, not every week
