Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and sports massages, tailored to each client's needs and preferences (THAI massage proficiency, Moroccan hammam experience would be advantageous).
2. Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, from the initial consultation to the post-massage care.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and serene massage environment, adhering to strict sanitation protocols.
4. Actively communicate with clients to understand their goals and adjust techniques accordingly.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest massage techniques and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
6. Promote the spa's services and products while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:

1. Licensed Massage Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a spa or wellness centre setting.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
5. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Passion for wellness and a genuine desire to help others achieve relaxation and rejuvenation.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay:

£27,350.00-£42,696.00 per year

Expected hours:

No less than 20 per week
