Spa Therapist

Spa Therapist required to carry-out a range of spa/beauty treatments, as well as reception duties.

Responsibilities

1. Reception duties.
2. Provide facial treatments.
3. Provide eyelash & eyebrow treatments.
4. Hair removal using waxing techniques.
5. Provide manicure & pedicure treatments.
6. Provide make-up treatment, plan & promote make-up activities.
7. Attend & pass training with Elemis to the required standard to be able to administer treatments as described & promote sales of Elemis products.
8. Build a regular client base with non-members & non-residents.
9. Promote additional products & services.
10. Develop & maintain effectiveness at work.
11. Control receipt, storage & issues of stock.
12. Maintain health & safety & cleanliness of work place, equipment/ materials.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

1. NVQ L2 & L3 in Beauty Therapy.
2. Confederation of International Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology (CIBTAC).
3. Comite International D'Esthetique et de Cosmetologie (CIDESCO).
4. Excellent customer care skills.
5. Good standard of education.
6. Professional working knowledge of full body massage.
7. Currently active, up-to-date in Spa/beauty rituals, treatments & developments.
8. Permitted to legally live & work in Northern Ireland/UK (evidence of immigration status & right to work with ID).
9. English - fluent: understand, speak, write. This is the primary language of the client base.
