What You’ll Do

As a Spa Therapist , you will:

• Deliver a full
  range of spa treatments to a high standard, ensuring every guest receives
  exceptional care
• Promote a calm
  and welcoming spa environment , maintaining high levels of
  cleanliness and hygiene
• Support the spa
  team with retail, bookings, and client queries to enhance the overall guest
  experience
• Uphold all Health
  & Safety procedures and ensure compliance with industry best practice
• Contribute to a
  culture of warmth and professionalism , representing Haulfryn’s values and
  standards

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident, passionate individual with:

• Completed NVQ
  Level 3 or equivalent spa/beauty qualification
• Strong customer
  service skills and a calm, reassuring manner
• Experience with
  premium product houses (e.g. Elemis) desirable
• Proven ability to
  perform a wide range of spa treatments
• Understanding of
  spa safety, cleanliness, and risk assessments
• A positive attitude and
  flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and holidays
