Our customers' journey often begins in our Spa Services department, either via Email or over the phone. As a member of the Spa Services team, you will be passionate about our offerings, thrive in a high energy and fast-paced setting, and be keen to use your knowledge to accommodate as much of our customer's requests as possible.
The Spa Services Advisor role entails checking customers in and out of Nirvana Spa, answering general spa and membership questions with knowledgeable responses, and handling bookings accurately and efficiently.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals that have a flair for excellent customer service, great attention to detail, and are excited about building relationships with Nirvana Spa Customers.
