Responsible for providing a first class level of hospitality to our Exclusive Spa Members, Spa Day guests and hotel residents by maintaining the cleanliness, appearance and overall provision of guest supplies within the spa areas.

Main Responsibilities

Our successful Spa Attendant will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring that the changing areas are clean, tidy and stocked that all public areas are open during the required hours.
  2. Set up the indoor and outdoor poolside areas on a daily basis.
  3. Collecting dirty laundry including robes and towels and ensuring all items are laundered and re-stocked throughout the Spa.
  4. Transportation of laundry using the buggy across the resort.
  5. Being present in all public areas even at quieter times.
  6. Ensuring good housekeeping standards are maintained at all times in all front of house and back of house areas within the spa including poolside and Thermal Heaven.
  7. Following hotel and spa procedures with respect to grooming, performance, health & safety, emergency procedures and all other company policies and procedures as detailed in the company handbook.
  8. To promote a professional and helpful image to the client and give full co-operation to any client requiring assistance with a prompt and helpful attitude.
  9. To anticipate client needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn ensure client satisfaction.
  10. To maintain regular and effective communication within your team and at all levels throughout the business.
  11. To undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the management team.
