The award winning Hawkstone Hall and Gardens are looking for an experienced Spa and Beauty Therapist to join their team.

The successful applicant will need to be passionate about delivering treatments of an exceptional quality, using the highly regarded and established product brand of Aromatherapy Associates (training can be provided if not already familiar).

Our therapists will be required to maintain the high level of service and commitment we conduct throughout all areas of our business, and will be based in our brand new spa treatment and relaxation rooms, within the garden wing of our beautiful grade 1 listed Hotel, conference and wedding venue.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS ARE, TO PROVIDE CLIENTS WITH:

• A wide range of holistic, spa and beauty treatments delivered to a first class standard
• Expert advice on products, providing personalised recommendations for aftercare
• Maintaining a clean, tranquil and relaxing environment, whilst ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and sanitised
• Value and care towards the wellbeing of each individual client, and providing a bespoke customer service by effectively and safely communicating and addressing any questions or concerns
• Assisting with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing guest services

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• An experienced spa/beauty therapist with relevant certifications e.g. NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy and nail technology or equivalent
• The flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required
