The Role
We are looking for a new Sous Chef to join our Prezzo Family who has real leadership, ability to drive your team's performance and ensure your kitchen is consistent in everything it does.
As a Prezzo Sous Chef you will:

1. Have a keen interest to prep and cook great quality Italian cuisine.
2. Lead your kitchen, often taking the lead with all processes including health and safety, stock management, ordering and staff development.
3. Work closely with our Head Chef.
4. Show #DriveToSucceed (this is one of our core Prezzo values!)
5. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Have a desire to grow your skills and career to become a future Prezzo Head Chef!
7. Be financially accountable and meet company GP expectations.
8. Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UK's favourite Italian dining experience.
9. Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return.

Where is the restaurant?
Located within Stevenage Leisure Park, with its cinema and bowling complex and only a few minutes' walk from the rail station. Prezzo Stevenage Leisure park is housed in a striking contemporary building in this busy leisure complex and is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. This restaurant boasts a vibrant cocktail bar with comfy sofas and also features a large garden at the rear of the building ideal for al fresco dining.
