An amazing opportunity of Sous Chef has become available at Hotel Indigo Leeds, which will open in May 2025 following a multimillion-pound refurbishment programme.


Based within Banksia, the standalone restaurant and bar concept to delight both hotel guests but also our Neighbourhood of Leeds City centre, this new opening will certainly make a statement in 2025. Banksia Restaurant & Bar will provide Mediterranean Cuisine from Breakfast, Brunch, through to pre-dinner grazing plates and full evening dining experience.
