Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of iconic pubs, the Ship was the first owned by Hall & Woodhouse and has been a member of the family since 1856. There have been many changes over the years, like the addition of our upstairs restaurant with stunning views of Weymouth Harbour and our beautiful sunny courtyard. 2. Able to run service, deputizing for Head Chef when required
3. Skilled in a range of cooking techniques with a broad food knowledge
4. Able to work to precise specifications for cooking and presentation, without deviation
5. Competent in all aspects of kitchen administration
6. Able to lead, inspire, and support the team's development
