Our client, a Cookery School & Party Events company based in the City of London, is now looking for a Sous Chef.
The Cookery School features two stunning, fully equipped professional kitchens and offers cookery classes and team building events for up to 20/25 people.
The Sous Chef role is best suited to someone who is confident with very basic kitchen skills that include pasta making and boning out chicken/fish, who will enjoy working in a close-knit team and be prepared to work as a team player.
Ideally, the Sous Chef has worked in a fine dining restaurant for at least two years.
The role of Sous Chef is for an immediate start, 40 hours per week and suits someone looking for a less stressful schedule.

The salary for the Sous Chef is £17.78 per hour, with closed bank holidays, and there is a supportive management team.
