Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.
• Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect our commitment to culinary excellence.
• Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain cost control.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
